Do you work with businesses outside healthcare?
Yes. While we have particular depth in GP practices and care homes, most of our day-to-day work is general managed IT and cybersecurity for small and medium-sized businesses across Greater Manchester and the North West.
What's included in a managed IT retainer?
Helpdesk support, proactive monitoring and device management as standard, with Microsoft 365 administration and cybersecurity services available alongside it. Your free review will tell you exactly what your business needs rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
Do you specifically support NHS DSPT compliance?

Response expectations are agreed up front as part of your onboarding, so you know exactly what to expect before you sign anything. No vague promises.
Do you offer one-off cybersecurity assessments without a full retainer?
Yes. Vulnerability assessments and penetration testing can be booked as standalone services if you're not ready for an ongoing retainer.
What happens after I book a free review?
We'll arrange a short call or site visit to understand your current setup, followed by a straightforward summary of what we find. There's no obligation to continue.
Do you build and maintain websites too?
Yes, WordPress builds and ongoing maintenance are one of our service lines, usually for existing IT or cybersecurity clients who'd rather one team handled everything.
